As a die hard Aston Villa fan i need to take a step back to ensure i don’t give you some duff advice. Aston Villa NEED a win here to end relegation anxiety.

Since then they’ve transformed their season, as opposed to lingering around the relegation zone, they are now 5 points clear, and on the up.
Aston Villa are one of the original founders of the premiership who still remain in the league, relegation just isn’t an option. The last game of the season for Villa is away at Wigan, Paul Lamberts men will not want that to be the game that determines who stays up. Villa are 2 points clear of Wigan, a win today would put them 5 points clear of Wigan, a draw, would make things quite awkward, due to Wigan having a better goal difference.
Sunderland will turn up at Villa Park oozing confidence, and the 12-5 available on them to win with Stanjames could appear generous. The 6/5 available on Aston Villa is too short to get involved, so i’m going to suggest the following:
Benteke to score and Villa to win 3/1 William Hill
Both teams to score and Villa to win 4/1 William Hill
Benteke to score first 9/2 William Hill
This is very pro Aston Villa, but if they can continue recent form and get their 3rd win from 4 games, they ease relegation worries big time. If they lose i’d suggest backing Villa to get relegated.
